and How We Operate

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wjn88" or "the Platform" refers to the wjn88 online gaming platform operated at wjn88.com, including all associated products, services, and sub-pages.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who has registered, or is attempting to register, a wjn88 account.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile held by a Player on the wjn88 platform, to which a PKR wallet is attached.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency used for all transactions on the wjn88 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, matched deposit, free spin, cashback payment, or other incentive offered to a Player by wjn88, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total PKR amount that must be staked through eligible games before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "VIP Programme" means the wjn88 four-tier loyalty system — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — through which Players accumulate points and earn progressive benefits.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity described in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms apply to all wjn88 Account holders.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a wjn88 account, logging in to an existing account, depositing PKR funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the wjn88 Privacy Policy, and any product-specific rules (such as Sports Betting Rules or Casino Game Rules) that may be published separately on the platform.

Your acceptance creates a legally binding agreement between you and wjn88 in respect of your use of the platform. wjn88 strongly recommends that all Pakistan players retain a copy of these Terms for their records.

3 Eligibility

To hold a valid wjn88 account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
3. You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had your account closed by wjn88 for violation of these Terms.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee or contractor of wjn88 or any of its partner game providers, without express prior written consent from wjn88.
6. You understand that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that wjn88 cannot guarantee any outcome.

wjn88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued Pakistan identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending PKR withdrawal.

4 Account Registration

Each Pakistan player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts are a breach of these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistan email address, and active Pakistan mobile number.

You must notify wjn88 promptly if any registered information becomes inaccurate or changes — including a change of mobile number or email address. wjn88 will use your registered contact details for all communications related to your account, including security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, and promotional notifications.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wjn88 Login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions and activities conducted through your account — whether or not performed by you personally — are your sole responsibility. wjn88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the wjn88 support team immediately via live chat. wjn88 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending resolution. Enabling two-factor authentication significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access and is strongly recommended for all Pakistan players.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wjn88 platform are conducted exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). wjn88 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and SadaPay. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time — refer to the wjn88 account portal for the current list.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are published in the wjn88 account deposit section. wjn88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same Pakistan payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification completion. Standard processing time is one to three business days. VIP Gold and Platinum members benefit from priority processing with reduced timeframes. wjn88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above 100,000 PKR.

Bonus Funds: Bonus PKR balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money PKR balance is always used before bonus funds in any gaming session, unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

wjn88 offers a variety of bonuses to Pakistan players — including welcome match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have met the minimum deposit requirement stated in the relevant offer.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal to a Pakistan payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• wjn88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, provided that such action does not adversely affect bonuses that are already in the process of being wagered by a Player in good faith.
• The wagering requirement for all wjn88 welcome and deposit bonuses applies to the combined total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus misuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play designed to lock in guaranteed returns, or exploiting mathematical loopholes in wagering requirements — voids the relevant bonus and may result in account closure.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on wjn88 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, Bundesliga sports markets, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting arenas, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once placed and confirmed by the wjn88 system. Accidental bets, misclicks, or change-of-mind requests will not be honoured after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event, wjn88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the PKR stakes to the Players involved.
• wjn88 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict access to certain games, or impose maximum win limits on any account at its sole discretion, including on accounts identified as consistently high-value winners.
• For Bundesliga and other sports betting: minimum and maximum stake amounts are published per market. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time in response to live event developments. wjn88's odds and market decisions are final.
• For Casino and Live Dealer games: game outcomes are determined by the applicable random number generator (RNG) or by the physical outcome of the live dealer equipment. The wjn88 server logs are the authoritative record of all game results.
• For Cockfighting: bets are settled based on the official result declared by the fight arena operator. In the event of a draw or no-contest result, wjn88 will follow the settlement rules specified for that product, which are available from the Cockfighting product page.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wjn88 platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and possible permanent closure with forfeiture of all PKR balances:

• Using any automated system, script, bot, crawler, or software to access or interact with wjn88 in any way not expressly permitted.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — whether on wjn88 or on any third-party game provider's software — to generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using wjn88 as a vehicle to deposit and withdraw PKR funds without genuine gaming intent.
• Providing false identity information, including misrepresenting your age, name, or Pakistan residency status.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your wjn88 account.
• Attempting to interfere with wjn88's technical infrastructure, including any attempt to hack, phish, DDoS, or otherwise compromise the platform's security.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing wjn88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wjn88 platform — including but not limited to the wjn88 logo, website design, game interfaces, marketing materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of wjn88 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership, licence, or right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any wjn88 intellectual property without express prior written consent.

Third-party game content — including game titles, artwork, and software from providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and JDB — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by wjn88 under valid commercial licence agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

wjn88 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While wjn88 endeavours to ensure continuous, error-free service, the platform makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of any game, service, or feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wjn88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of PKR winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from reliance on platform content.

wjn88's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim — regardless of cause of action — shall not exceed the total PKR deposited by that Player into their wjn88 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

wjn88 is fully committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides Pakistan players with a suite of tools to manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps through account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the wjn88 platform via account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications that display your current session duration and net PKR position.

wjn88 does not permit underage play. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the payment source, minus any bonus amounts credited to the account.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

wjn88 collects and processes personal data from Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at wjn88.com/privacy-policy. By creating a wjn88 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

wjn88 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with: payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, etc.) to facilitate PKR transactions; regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required; and fraud prevention services to protect the integrity of the platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wjn88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a Player, wjn88 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the wjn88 platform at login.

Continued use of the wjn88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available PKR balance before the amendment takes effect.

15 Termination and Account Closure

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your wjn88 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money PKR balance not subject to pending wagering requirements will be returned to your registered Pakistan payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

wjn88-Initiated Closure: wjn88 may close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where: (i) the Player has breached these Terms; (ii) wjn88 is required to do so by applicable law; (iii) the account shows evidence of fraudulent or prohibited activity; or (iv) the Player requests self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed by wjn88 due to breach of these Terms, any PKR balance — including real-money deposits — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach, and at wjn88's discretion following internal investigation.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the wjn88 platform, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the wjn88 operating entity. Disputes shall first be pursued through the wjn88 internal dispute resolution process as described below.

Internal Dispute Process: To raise a formal dispute, contact the wjn88 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Clearly describe the nature of the dispute, the date and time of the relevant transaction or event, and the PKR amount in question. wjn88 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a final decision within 14 business days.

Game server logs, transaction records, and system audit trails maintained by wjn88 constitute the primary and definitive evidence in any dispute. In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on a Player's device and the wjn88 server records, the server records shall prevail.
